1. Congregational Evaluation:

   2. DIC Ministry Data Questions will be on a Google Form filled out online

      anonymously

   3. Personal Spiritual Goals Reflection Questions will be printed on paper and

      discussed during LSG. These answers will not be collected.

   4. Lisa will re-write the questions for Google Form and Reflection Paper and submit to the committee for confirmation

2. Job Descriptions (and potential committee restructuring)

   1. Pastor: as outlined in the contract (preaching and spiritual life of DIC

      members, prayer meetings)

   2. Intern Minister: main church representative

   3. Elder / Chairperson / Members: to be decided

   4. Paula suggested two-pronged committee re-organization with younger

      generation Action Operation Committee and older generation Church Council

      1. Pros: older members can support younger members, increase the

         international members in leadership

      2. Cons: potential redundancy and doubling of work and time necessary

         to make decisions, miscommunication / misunderstanding between groups, increased burden to Chairperson as the intermediary, lack of qualified and interested younger members

      3. Johan suggested an alternative “pilot” format (to be clarified and addressed again in February)

         1. ~5 person “old guard” Council that would meet every 3 months to discuss finances and logistics

         2. ~5 person Organizational Team that would meet monthly to determine programming and report to the Council

3. January Ministry Plan:

   1. Jan 4th - all church cleaning

   2. Many members will be traveling during the vacation, so no special events

4. New Year Plan:

   1. ~4 members want to join the main church service

   2. Members can sit in the main chapel, and Shimon will use chatGPT (or similar)

      to translate the pastor’s sermon plan into English and share it through Kakao

   3. Rides will be arranged or taxi fee will be supported as needed

5. Committee Retreat:

   1. Sunday Jan 18th 1PM @ WithU Center, meal provided (not overnight)

   2. Will talk about process of new minister recruitment

   3. Will replace the January Committee Meeting (formerly scheduled Jan 25th)
