1. A Temporary Dwelling 임시 처소
The tabernacle was never meant to be permanent. It was a movable tent for people on a journey.

2. A Wilderness Presence 광야의 임재

And Jesus entered a wilderness world: 그리고 예수님은 광야 같은 세상으로 들어오셨다. Born in a manger. 구유에서 태어나셨다.
Raised in obscurity. 무명의 세월 속에 자라나셨다.
With nowhere to lay His head. 머리 둘 곳조차 없으셨다.

Buried in a borrowed tomb. 빌려온 무덤에 묻히셨다.
He meets us not in perfection, but in the desert places of human life.
그는 완벽함 속이 아니라, 인간 삶의 광야 같은 곳에서 우리를 만나신다.

3. Humility on the Outside 외적인 겸손

From the outside, the tabernacle was plain and unimpressive—just boards and skins.
겉보기에 성막은ᅳ판자와 가죽으로 만들어진ᅳ, 평범하고 인상적이지 않은 모습이었다.
Likewise, Jesus did not dazzle the world with earthly power. Isaiah tells us He had “no beauty that we should desire Him.” 마찬가지로 예수께서는 세상적인 권력으로 세상을 놀라게 하지 않으셨다. 이사야는 그에게는 “우리가 흠모할 만한

아름다운 모양이 없다”고 말한다.
The glory was still there—but hidden beneath flesh. 영광은 여전히 그곳에 있었으나ᅳ육신 아래 감추어져 있었다.

4. God’s Dwelling Place 하나님의 거처

The tabernacle was where God lived among His people. 성막은 하나님이 자기 백성 가운데 거하시는 장소였다. And now, God lives among us in Christ. 그리고 이제 하나님은 그리스도 안에서 우리 가운데 거하신다.

Jesus is the true Holy of Holies. 예수는 참된 지성소이시다.
At the Transfiguration, His glory shines forth—just as the Shekinah once shone between the cherubim.

The tabernacle was called “the Tent of Meeting.” If anyone wanted to draw near to God, they had to come there. John makes it clear: Jesus is now the meeting place between God and humanity. “No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

The tabernacle stood in the center of Israel’s camp. Everything revolved around it. And Jesus remains the center of God’s

people today. “Where two or three are gathered in My name, there I am in the midst of them.”

The tablets of the Law were kept inside the Ark in the tabernacle. Jesus perfectly fulfills the Law—not just outwardly, but from the heart. He alone could say:
“I delight to do Your will, O God.”

In the outer court stood the bronze altar—where blood was shed for sin. Jesus Himself became that sacrifice.

The cross was the place of atonement. 십자가는 속죄의 장소였다.

9. The Source of Nourishment 영양 공급의 근원
The priests ate in the tabernacle. And Jesus says: “I am the Bread of Life.” He feeds the souls of all who believe.

10. The House of Worship 예배의 처소
The tabernacle was where Israel worshiped God. Now we worship the Father through Christ.

At Ground Zero, in the middle of twisted steel and unbearable loss, a cross stood.

Early on that morning, nearly two thousand years ago, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to the tomb of Jesus. 약 2,000 년 전 그날 동틀 무렵, 막달라 마리아와 다른 마리아가 예수님의 무덤을 찾아왔다
And Matthew gives us a scene that feels almost cinematic. 마태는마치영화와같은한장면을우리에게보이고있다.

The ground begins to shake. 땅이 흔들리기 시작한다.

There is an earthquake. 지진이 일어난다.
An angel appears—a messenger from God—descending from heaven.
하늘에서 내려온 하나님의 전령, 천사가 나타난다
Without human effort—no tools, no strength, no strategy—the massive stone sealing Jesus’ tomb begins to move. 인간의 노력없이 ᅳ도구, 힘, 어떠한 전략도 없이ᅳ예수님의 무덤을 봉인했던 거대한 돌이 스스로

움직이기 시작한다.
The soldiers posted to guard the tomb fainted on the spot. 무덤을 지키던 병사들은 그 자리에서 기절하여 쓰러진다. .

We don’t know much about that stone. 그 돌에 대해 아는 것이 많지 않다.
But we do know this: stones are heavy. They resist movement. They require strength, persistence, and effort. 그러나 이 돌이 무겁다는 것을 안다. 움직이지 않으려고 저항한다. 힘, 인내, 노력이 필요하다.
And I’ve often imagined that stone not only physically, but symbolically.
그리고 나는 종종 그 돌을 물리적으로 뿐만이 아니라 상징적으로 상상해 본다.

That stone was meant to be the final punctuation mark in Jesus’ story. 그 그 돌은 예수님 이야기의 마지막 마침표가 될 운명이었다.
When the Romans arrested him. 로마군이 예수님을 체포했을 때,

When he was charged with blasphemy and treason. 신성모독과 반역죄로 기소되었을 때, When the crowds who once shouted “Hosanna” turned to cries of “Crucify him.”

When his disciples abandoned him. 제자들이 그를 버리고 떠나갔을 때,
When he was tortured and executed publicly as a warning to anyone who might challenge Rome’s power—

That stone declared: This story is finished. There is nothing more to be said. 그돌은이렇게선언했다.이이야기는끝났다.더이상할말은없다.
Pilate and the religious leaders wanted the tomb sealed so they would never have to hear from him again. 빌라도와 종교 지도자들은 그 무덤이 봉인되기를 원했다. 다시는 예수님으로부터 어떠한 말도 듣지 않게 되기를

But Easter people know a deeper truth: 그러나 부활절을 맞은 사람들은 더 깊은 진실을 알고 있다.

And the best was yet to come—for Mary Magdalene and the other Mary.

“Do not be afraid. He is not here. He has been raised.”

The women run, Matthew tells us, with fear and great joy.

Their hearts pounding. 심장은 요동친다.
Their minds racing. 머릿속은 어지럽게 회전한다.
Their feet carrying them forward. 발걸음은 그들을 앞으로 실어 나른다.
And suddenly—Jesus is there. Alive. Present. 그때 갑자기ᅳ 예수님께서 거기 계신다. 살아계신 우리 곁에 계신 분으로.
But we do know this: 그러나 우리는 이것을 알고 있다.

2. Jesus meets them on the road. 예수님께서 길 위에서 그들을 만나신다. 

1. When power says, “The story is over,” God says, “The best is yet to come.”

세상의 권력이 "이야기는 끝났다"라고 말할 때, 하나님께서는 "가장 좋은 것은 아직 오지 않았다"라고

말씀하신다.

The empty tomb is good news. 비어 있는 무덤은 기쁜 소식이다. But the presence of Jesus tells us something even deeper:
하지만 예수님의 현존은 우리에게 그보다 더 깊은 사실을 말해준다.

This story is not over. 이 이야기는 끝나지 않았다.
The stone was not removed by human strength, but by the power of God. 돌은 인간의 힘이 아니라, 하나님의 권능으로 옮겨졌다.

Death has been defeated. 죽음이 패배했다.
Life has broken through what once looked like barren ground. 한때메마른땅처럼보였던곳을뚫고생명이터져나왔다.

And this resurrection is not abstract. 그리고 이 부활은 추상적이지 않다.
Mary and Mary reach out—and they touch him. 막달라 마리아와 다른 마리아는 손을 뻗어 그분을 만진다. He is not a ghost. 그분은 유령이 아니다.
He is not an illusion. 그분은 환상이 아니다.
He is Emmanuel—God with us. 그분은 임마누엘, 곧 '우리와 함께 계시는 하나님'이시다.

With them in fear. 두려움 속에 있는 사람들과 함께하신다.

Resurrection that cannot be touched is not good news. 만질 수 없는 부활은 복음이 아니다.
But resurrection that meets us here— 하지만 바로 여기에서 우리를 만나주는 부활—
in our ordinary lives, 우리의 평범한 일상 속에서,
in broken relationships, 깨어진 관계 속에서,
in unfinished grief, 끝나지 않은 슬픔 속에서,
in fragile hope— 그리고 연약한 희망 속에서—

That kind of resurrection changes everything. 그러한 부활이 모든 것을 변화시킨다.
Resurrection means there is a force of love in this world powerful enough to roll away stones—not just from Jesus’ tomb, but from every tomb in our lives. 부활은 이 세상에 돌을 굴려버릴 수 있을 만큼 강력한 사랑의 힘이

존재함을 의미한다 ᅳ 단지 예수님의 무덤뿐만 아니라, 우리 삶의 모든 무덤 앞에 놓인 돌까지도. So let me ask you: 그러므로 여러분에게 묻겠다.

What feels sealed shut? 무엇이 꽉 닫혀 봉인된 것처럼 느끼고 있는가?
What feels finished? 이미 끝났다고 느끼는 것은 무엇인가?
Maybe it’s a relationship that seems beyond repair. 어쩌면 그것은 회복 불가능해 보이는 관계일 수도 있다.

Maybe it’s your faith. 어쩌면 당신의 신앙일 수도 있다.
Maybe it’s a pattern you’ve tried to change again and again.
어쩌면 반복적으로 바꾸려 노력해온 삶의 패턴일 수도 있다.
Maybe it’s an injustice that has left you weary—told over and over, “Nothing will ever change.”
어쩌면 "아무것도 변하지 않을 것"이라는 말을 반복해서 들으며 당신을 지치게 만든 불의한 상황일 수도 있다.

The stone feels too big. 돌은 너무 커 보인다.

The weight too heavy. 그 무게는 너무 무겁다.

But resurrection says otherwise. 하지만 부활은 그렇지 않다고 말한다.

Because with God, all things are possible. 하나님과 함께라면, 모든 것이 가능하기 때문이다.
Like that angel on Easter morning, God is still at work—rolling away stones, making a way where there seems to

be no way.
부활절 아침의 그 천사처럼, 하나님은 여전히 일하고 계신다ᅳ돌들을 굴려 내시고, 길이 없는 곳에 길을

내시면서.
Easter invites us to take resurrection seriously—not as wishful thinking, but as a bold claim about reality. 부활절은 우리에게 부활을 진지하게 받아들이라고 초대한다ᅳ단지 막연한 바람이 아니라, 실재에 대한 담대한 선언으로. Resurrection declares: 부활은 선포한다.
Healing is possible. 치유는 가능하다.
Justice is possible. 정의는 가능하다.
Life is possible. 생명은 가능하다.
Stones can be moved. 돌들은 옮겨질 수 있다.
And today, we carry two invitations with us. 그리고 오늘 우리에게는 두 가지 초청이 놓여 있다.

First: 첫째,
Like Mary and Mary, resurrection begins by facing the stone. 두 마리아들처럼 부활은 돌을 마주하는 것에서 시작된다.

There is no resurrection without going to the tomb. 무덤으로 가지 않으면 부활도 없다. No justice without confronting injustice. 불의에 맞서지 않으면 정의도 없다.
No healing without truth. 진리 없이는 치유도 없다.
No transformation without courage. 용기 없이는 변화도 없다.

Easter asks us: 부활절은 우리에게 묻는다.
Does the world really have to be this way? 세상은 정말로 지금 이 모습이어야만 하는가?
What stone do we need God to move—together? 우리가 함께, 하나님께서 옮겨주시길 구해야 할 돌은 무엇인가?
Second: 둘째,
Like Mary and Mary, we are sent to tell the story. 두 마리아들처럼 우리 또한 이 이야기를 전하도록 보냄을

받았다.
Resurrection does not happen by decree. It does not happen by spectatorship.
부활은 포고령에 의해 일어나는 것이 아니다. 방관한다고 일어나는 것도 아니다.
The risen Christ invites us into the movement— to tell the others that something new is possible. We may not always understand it. We may even doubt what we have seen. 부활하신 그리스도께서는 우리를 이 운동으로

Beloved, resurrection is not just something that happened.

Christ is on the way. 그리스도께서 오고 계신다.

Introduction 서론
We encounter a shocking scene in Scripture. 우리는 성경에서 충격적인 장면을 마주하게 된다.

David—the sweet singer of Israel, the giant killer, the future king—is reduced to acting like a madman. Drooling. Scratching doors. Pretending insanity just to survive.

다윗ᅳ이스라엘의 달콤한 노래하는 자요, 거인을 쓰러뜨린 영웅이며, 장차 왕이 될 다윗이 미친 사람처럼 행동하고 있다. 침을 흘리고, 문짝을 긁으며, 살아남기 위해 미친 척을 하고 있는 것이다.
This is not triumph. This is rock bottom. 이것은 승리가 아니다. 이것은 바닥이다.
What brought him here? 무엇이 그를 여기까지 이르게 한 것일까?

After his victory over Goliath, David does not ascend immediately into glory. Instead, he enters a bewildering season where everything stable in his life begins to collapse.

골리앗을 쓰러뜨린 승리 이후, 다윗은 곧바로 영광의 자리로 올라가지 않는다. 대신에, 그의 삶에서 안정되었던

모든 것이 무너져 내리는 혼란스러운 시기를 맞이하게 된다.

God begins removing every support—every crutch—David has been leaning on. 하나님께서는 다윗이 의지하던 모든 지지대, 모든 의지처를 하나씩 제거하기 시작하신다.

And here is the truth we must face: 그리고 우리가 직면해야 할 진리가 여기에 있다.
God will sometimes remove what we depend on... to teach us to depend on Him.

He saved us to walk in total dependence on Him

I. David’s Support System is Developed 다윗의 지지 체계가 세워지다
Before the fall... there was structure. God, in His grace, gave David a support system.

몰락 이전에... 다윗의 삶에는 구조가 있었다. 하나님은 은혜로 다윗에게 여러 가지 지지 체계를 주셨다.

1. The Support of Position 지위의 지지대 페이지1/4

David rose from shepherd boy to military leader. His role gave him identity, stability, and direction.
다윗은 목동에서 군사 지도자로 올라섰다. 다윗의 역할은 다윗에게 정체성과 안정감, 그리고 방향성을 주었다.

2. The Support of Popularity 인기의 지지대
Israel loved David. Their praise affirmed him. Their songs celebrated him.
이스라엘 백성은 다윗을 사랑했다. 백성의 찬사는 다윗을 인정했다. 백성의 노래는 다윗을 찬양했다.

3. The Support of People 사람들의 지지대
God placed key relationships in his life: 하나님은 다윗의 삶에 중요한 관계들을 두셨다.

• Michal – a loving wife 미갈-사랑스러운 아내

• Jonathan – a loyal friend 요나단 – 충성스러운 친구

• Samuel – a spiritual mentor 사무엘 – 영적 멘토

  4. The Support of Pride 자존감의 지지대
  David carried himself with dignity. He had confidence, discipline, and self-respect. 다윗은 품위 있게 자신을 다스렸다. 그는 자신감과 절제, 그리고 자존감을 지니고 있었다.

  II. David’s Support System is Dismantled 다윗의 지지 체계가 무너지다

  Then everything changes. 그 때 모든 것이 변하기 시작한다.
  God allows a series of events that strips David of everything.
  하나님은 일련의 사건들을 허락하셔서 다윗이 가진 모든 것을 하나씩 거두어 가신다.

  1. He Loses His Position - From national hero → hunted fugitive. 지위를 잃다 – 민족의 영웅에서 도망자로 2. He Loses His Popularity - Out of sight... out of mind.

  인기를 잃는다 – 사람들의 시야에서, 곧 사람들의 기억에서도 잊혀진다. 3. He Loses His People 사람들을 잃는다

• Michal distances herself 미갈은 다윗에게서 자신의 마음을 멀리한다.

• Jonathan must let him go 요나단은 결국 다윗을 떠나보내야 했다,

• Samuel is left behind 사무엘은 뒤에 남겨진다.

  Every relationship he leaned on is removed.다윗이 의지하던 모든 관계가 하나씩 제거된다. 4. He Loses His Pride 자존감을 잃는다

  This is the lowest point. 이 시점이 바로 가장 낮은 자리이다.
  David flees to enemy territory—the Philistines—and pretends to be insane just to survive. 다윗은살아남기위해블레셋,곧적의땅으로도망쳐미친척을한다.
  The giant killer becomes a drooling madman.
  거인을 쓰러뜨렸던 영웅이 이제는 침을 흘리는 미치광이가 된 것이다.

  Everything is gone. 모든 것이 사라졌다. 

No position. No people. No pride. 지위도 없고, 사람도 없고, 자존감도 없다. Only fear... and God. 오직 두려움만... 그리고 하나님

Why Would God Do This? 왜 하나님은 이렇게 하실까
Because: God will remove false supports to establish true dependence. 하나님은 거짓된 지지대들을 제거하심으로 진정한 의존을 세우시기 때문이다.

Three truths we must hear:우리가 반드시 들어야 할 세 가지 진리가 있다:

1. Our Support System Can Replace God 우리의 지지 체계는 하나님을 대신할 수 있다 We begin trusting people and things more than Him.
우리는 하나님보다 사람과 사물을 더 신뢰하기 시작한다.

2. Our Support System Can Distract Us 우리의 지지 체계는 우리를 분산시킬 수 있다 We look horizontally instead of vertically.
우리는 수직적으로 위를 바라보지 않고, 수평적으로 옆을 바라보게 된다

3. Our Support System Will Fail 우리의 지지 체계는 결국 실패한다 Every earthly support is temporary. 이 땅의 모든 것은 결국 일시적이다. But God is not. 하나님은 그렇지 않다.

III. David’s Support System is Declared (Psalm 34) 다윗의 지지 체계가 선포되다 (시편 34 편)

Did David learn the lesson? Yes. 다윗이 이 교훈을 배웠는가? 그렇다.
Out of this broken season comes Psalm 34—a testimony of transformed dependence.
이 무너진 시기에서 시편 34 편이 탄생한다ᅳ그것은 변화된 하나님에 대한 의존의 간증이다.

David is no longer leaning on people or position. 다윗은 더 이상 사람이나 지위에 의존하지 않는다. Now he leans on God. 그는 이제 하나님께 의지한다.
1. He Leans on God’s Praise (vv. 1–3) 다윗은 하나님의 찬양에 의지한다 (1–3 절)
His focus shifts from self to God. 다윗의 초점이 자신에서 하나님께로 옮겨진다.

2. He Leans on God’s Protection (vv. 4–7) 다윗은 하나님의 보호에 의지한다 (4–7 절) No longer running to people—he trusts the Lord as his defender.
이제 더 이상 사람에게 달려가지 않고, 다윗은 여호와를 자신의 수호자로 신뢰한다.

3. He Leans on God’s Provision (vv. 8–10) 다윗은 하나님의 공급에 의지한다 (8–10 절) God becomes his source. 하나님이 그의 근원이 되신다.
4. He Leans on God’s Promises (vv. 11–17) 다윗은 하나님의 약속에 의지한다 (11–17 절) God’s Word becomes his anchor. 하나님의 말씀이 그의 닻이 된다.

5. He Leans on God’s Presence (v. 18) 다윗은 하나님의 임재에 의지한다 (18 절) 페이지3/4

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted.” “여호와는 마음이 상한 자에게 가까이 하신다.”
6. He Leans on God’s Preservation (vv. 19–22) 다윗은 하나님의 돌보심에 의지한다 (19–22 절) God alone sustains and keeps him. 오직 하나님만이 그를 붙드시고 지키신다.

Conclusion 결론
This message is deeply personal. 이 메시지는 매우 개인적인 것이다. Because if we are honest... 솔직히 말하자면 다음과 같기 때문이다.

We all lean on things besides God. 우리 모두는 하나님 외에 다른 것들에 의지한다. But God loves us too much to leave us there.
그러나 하나님은 우리를 너무 많이 사랑하셔서 우리를 그 곳에 남겨두지 않으신다.

So sometimes...그래서 때때로 ...
He removes the crutches. 하나님은 우리의 지지대들을 제거하신다.
Not to harm us— but to grow us. 우리를 해치기 위해서가 아니라ᅳ우리를 성장시키지 위하여
Not to break us— but to teach us:우리를 무너뜨기기 위해서가 아니라ᅳ우리를 가르치시기 위하여 When we have God, we have everything we need.우리에게 하나님이 계시면, 다른 필요가 없다는 것을. Yes, the dismantling hurts. 물론, 그 지지대들이 무너지는 아픔이 있다.
But it leads us to the unshakable truth: 그러나 결국 우리를 흔들리지 않는 진리로 인도한다.

• God is sufficient 하나님은 충분하신 분이다.

• God is faithful 하나님은 신실하신 분이다.

• God will never fail you 하나님은 결코 우리를 실패하게 하지 않으신다.

  When everything else is gone... 모든 것이 사라질 때에도,

  He remains. 그 분은 그 자리에 계신다.
  “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” (Psalm 46)

  “하나님은 우리의 피난처시요 힘이시니, 환난 중에 만날 큰 도움이시라.” (시편 46 편)

  Final Challenge 마지막 도전
  What are you leaning on today? 오늘 당신은 무엇에 의지하고 있는가?

• A person? 사람?

• A position? 지위?

• Your own strength? 당신 자신의 힘?

  Or God? 혹은 하나님?
  Because one day... Everything else will give way. 언젠가... 이 모든 것은 무너질 것이기에.
  And when it does— Will God be enough for you? 그리고 그때, 하나님 한 분만으로 충분할 것인가?

Introduction: 서론
On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood up and cried out—not softly, not politely—but loudly:

“If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink...” (John 7:37)
This is not a whisper. 이것은 속삭임이 아니다.
This is not a suggestion. 이것은 제안이 아니다.
This is a cry into a thirsty world. 이것은 목마른 세상을 향한 외침이다.
And let me tell you—our world is thirsty. 단언컨대ᅳ우리 세상은 목말라 있다.
Some of you may remember the famous Coke slogan: 여러분 중 일부는 코카콜라의 유명한 슬로건을 기억할 것이다.

“It’s the real thing!” '이것이 진짜다!'
It came from a time when the world was deeply divided—war, protests, confusion, pain. And in the middle of that chaos, there was this vision: People from every nation, standing together, singing in harmony.

그 슬로건은 전쟁과 시위, 혼돈과 고통으로 세상이 깊게 분열되었던 시대에 등장했다. 그리고 그 혼란의 한복판에는 이러한 비전이 있었다: 모든 나라의 사람들이, 함께 서서, 조화롭게 노래를 부르는 모습.

Why did that message resonate? 왜 그 메시지가 사람들의 마음을 울렸을까?
Because even then, the world was crying out for something real. They are tired of chaos, a fake world, and a fake life.

그런 때에도 세상은 진짜인 무엇인가를 간절히 갈구하고 있었기 때문이다. 사람들은 혼돈과 가짜 세상, 그리고 가짜 인생에 지쳐 있었다.
What was true then is still true now. 그때 사실이었던 것은 지금도 여전히 사실이다.
Today, we live in a digital world. A virtual world. 오늘날, 우리는 디지털 세상, 즉 가상 세계에 살고 있다.

We scroll through curated lives. We “like” filtered realities. We build connections that often lack depth.

우리는 엄선하여 올린 삶을 훑어본다. 여과된 현실에 “좋아요”를 누른다. 깊이가 결여된 관계들을 맺는다. Into that world of emptiness and thirst, Jesus cries out: “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink.”

이 공허하고 목마른 세상을 향해, 예수님께서 외치신다. "누구든지 목마르거든 내게로 와서 마시라."

Not “the perfect.” Not “the religious.” Not “the strong.” Anyone.
완벽한 자'도, '종교적인 자'도, '강한 자'도 아니다. 누구든지.
And then He makes an incredible promise: 그리고 그분은 놀라운 약속을 하신다.

“Whoever believes in Me... streams of living water will flow from within them.”

Not a trickle. Not a drop. Rivers. 졸졸 흐르는 시냇물도 아니다 똑똑 떨어지는 물방울이 아니다. 강이다.

Overflowing. Continuous. Alive.넘쳐흐르고, 끊임없이 이어지는, 살아있는 강물. Why? 왜?
Because it’s the real thing! 그것이 바로 진짜인 것이기 때문이다!

1. Real Love in a World ofFake Love 가짜사랑의세상속진짜사랑 페이지1/4

축제 분위기가 절정에 달한 명절 마지막 날에 예수님은 서서 이렇게 외치셨다.

“누구든지 목마른 사람은 다 나에게 와서 마셔라.”

We live in a world where love is often conditional. 우리는 조건적인 사랑의 세상에 살고 있다. “I love you... as long as...” “I love you... if you...” “I love you... until...”

"내가 너를 사랑할께, ~하는 한..." "내가 너를 사랑할께, 네가 ~한다면..." "내가 너를 사랑할게, ~할 때까지만..."

We know this kind of love. It promises everything— and disappears when we need it most. But Jesus offers something radically different. 우리는 이런 종류의 사랑에 익숙하다. 모든 것을 약속하지만 ᅳ 우리가 가장 필요로 할 때 사라진다. 하지만

예수께서는 근본적으로 다른 무언가를 제안하신다.

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” (John 15:13)
"사람이 친구를 위하여 자기 목숨을 버리면 이보다 더 큰 사랑이 없나니." (요한복음 15:13)
“For God so loved the world...” (John 3:16) "하나님이 세상을 이처럼 사랑하사..." (요한복음 3:16)
This is not fragile love. This is not temporary love. 이것은 깨지기 쉬운 사랑이 아니다. 일시적인 사랑도 아니다. This is extravagant, sacrificial, unbreakable love. 이것은 아낌없고, 희생적이며, 결코 끊어지지 않는 사랑이다.

• A love that holds you when you fail 당신이 실패할 때 당신을 붙들어 주는 사랑

• A love that stays when others leave 다른 이들이 떠나갈 때 곁에 머무는 사랑

• A love that knows the worst about you—and still chooses you

  당신의 최악의 모습까지 다 알면서도 ᅳ 여전히 당신을 선택하는 사랑 Why? 왜?

  It’s the real thing! 그것이 바로 진짜이기 때문이다!
  2. Real Light in a World of Darkness 어둠의 세상 속 진짜 빛

  Let’s be honest. We all have dark places. Hidden struggles. Private battles. Silent fears.

  솔직해 보자. 우리 모두에게는 어두운 구석이 있다. 숨겨진 고통, 혼자만의 싸움, 소리 없는 두려움

  Moreover, “All have sinned and fall short...” (Romans 3:23)
  게다가, "모든 사람이 죄를 범하였으매 하나님의 영광에 이르지 못하더니..." (로마서 3:23)

  And what do we do? We try to cover it. We put on lights—appearance, success, humor, achievement. But those lights fade.

  우리는 어떻게 하는가? 그것을 가리려 애쓴다. 겉모습, 성공, 유머, 성취ᅳ라는 조명을 걸친다. 하지만 그런 불빛들은 희미해진다.
  Jesus says: “I am the light of the world.” 예수님께서 말씀하신다. "나는 세상의 빛이니."
  Not a temporary glow. Not a decorative light. 잠깐 반짝이는 불빛이 아니다. 장식용 조명도 아니다.

  The light. 바로 그 빛.

• The light that exposes 실체를 드러내는 빛

• The light that heals 치유하는 빛

• The light that guides 인도하는 빛
  “He rescued us from darkness...” (Colossians 1:13) And here is the miracle:

  "그가 우리를 흑암의 권세에서 건져 내사..." (골로새서 1:13) 그리고 여기에 기적이 있다:
  He sees all your darkness— and still loves you. 그분은 당신의 모든 어둠을 보시지만 ᅳ 여전히 당신을 사랑하신다. Why? It’s the real thing! 왜? 그것이 바로 진짜이기 때문이다!

  3. Real Life in a World of Empty Living 공허한 삶의 세상 속, 진짜 생명 페이지2/4

The world talks a lot about “living your best life.”

세상은 '최고의 삶을 살라'는 말을 많이 한다.
But often, that life is: 하지만 자주, 그 삶은 다음과 같은 모습이다.

• Driven by pressure 압박감에 쫓기는 삶

• Defined by comparison 비교로 정의되는 삶

• Ending in emptiness 공허함으로 끝나는 삶

  Jesus says: 예수님은 말씀하신다.
  “I have come that they may have life... and have it abundantly.” (John 10:10)

  "내가 온 것은 양으로 생명을 얻게 하고 더 풍성히 얻게 하려는 것이라." (요한복음 10:10) Not survival. 살아남는 생존이 아니다.
  Not existence. 단순히 존재하는 것이 아니다.
  Life. 생명이다.

  Think about it: 이것을 생각해 보라

• He gave you life 그분이 당신에게 생명을 주셨다.

• He sustains your life 그분이 당신의 생명을 지탱하신다.

• He walks with you through life 그분이 당신의 인생길을 함께 걸으신다.

• He waits for you beyond this life 그분이 이 생 너머에서 당신을 기다리신다.

  And He doesn’t just give life to you— 그리고 그분은 그저 당신에게 생명을 주시는 것에 그치지 않는다. He puts life in you. 당신 안에 생명을 불어넣으신다.
  “Streams of living water will flow from within.” "그 배에서 생수의 강이 흘러나오리라."
  Why? It’s the real thing! 왜? 그것이 바로 진짜이기 때문이다!

  4. The Overflow: From Receiving to Releasing 넘쳐흐름: 받는 것에서 흘려 보내는 것으로
  Here is the powerful truth: The water Jesus gives you is not meant to stay in you. It must flow. But there’s a challenge.

  여기에 강력한 진리가 있다. 예수께서 당신에게 주신 생수는 당신 안에만 머물러 있게 하기 위한 것이 아니다. 그것은 반드시 흘러야만 한다. 하지만 여기에 한 가지 도전이 있다.

  For water to flow from a container— it has to be opened.
  그릇에 담긴 물이 밖으로 흘러나오기 위해서는 ᅳ 그 그릇이 열려야만 한다.

  And sometimes... that opening feels like breaking.

  그리고 때때로... 그 열림은 마치 깨어짐처럼 느껴지기도 한다.

  Jesus Himself was broken— and from His brokenness came life.

  예수님 자신도 깨어지셨다 ᅳ 그리고 그분의 깨어짐으로부터 진정한 생명이 흘러나왔다. And we? We often keep the lid on. 그렇다면 우리는? 우리는 자주 뚜껑을 닫아둔 채 살아간다.

  We protect ourselves. We control everything. We avoid surrender.

  스스로를 보호한다. 모든 것을 통제한다. 내어 맡김을 거부한다. But Jesus says: 하지만 예수님께서는 이렇게 말씀하신다.

  “Let Me open your life... so that what I’ve placed inside you can flow out.”

  "너의 삶을 내게 열어다오... 내가 네 안에 둔 것들이 밖으로 흘러 나갈 수 있도록." 페이지3/4

Because there is a world out there— thirsty for what you carry.
왜냐하면 저기 바깥 세상에는 ᅳ 당신이 지니고 있는 것에 목말라하는 세상이 있기 때문이다.

Conclusion: A Bottomless Invitation 끝없는 초대

 “They spoke against God, saying, ‘Can God spread a table in the desert?’” “ ’”

The Bible is full of in-between moments. 성경은 수많은 그 사이의 순간들로 가득 차 있다.
Psalm 78 tells the story of Israel — God’s faithfulness on one hand, and human fear and doubt on the other. The setting is the wilderness — the long season between Egypt and the Promised Land.

시편 78 편은 이스라엘의 이야기를 들려준다ᅳ한쪽에는 하나님의 신실하심이, 다른 한쪽에는 인간의 두려움과 의심이 있다. 그 배경은 바로 광야이다ᅳ이집트에서 약속의 땅에 이르기까지의 긴 '사이'의 계절.
Wilderness living is not easy. 광야에서의 삶은 결코 쉽지 않다.
The questions were real: 사람들의 질문은 절실했다.

How long will this last?"이 고난이 얼마나 더 계속될까?"
Why can’t we get there sooner?"왜 더 빨리 갈 수는 없는 걸까?"

Where is God now? "지금 하나님은 어디 계시는가?"
We live in a culture that values speed and immediacy. Korea is famous for “ppalli-ppalli” — 빨리빨리 — hurry, hurry. Fast internet, fast delivery, fast results. 우리는 속도와 즉각적인 결과를 중요하게 여기는 문화 속에 살고 있습니다. 특히 한국은 '빨리빨리' 문화로 유명하다. 빠른 인터넷, 빠른 배달, 그리고 빠른 결과물.
But God rarely works in a “ppalli-ppalli” way. 하지만 하나님은 좀처럼 '빨리빨리' 방식으로 일하지 않으신다. God forms people in the wilderness. 하나님은 광야에서 사람을 빚으신다.
Transformation takes time. 변화에는 시간이 걸리기 때문이다.
To reach the Promised Land, Israel had to leave Egypt. But leaving Egypt did not mean arriving immediately in Canaan. There was a desert in between. 약속의 땅에 도달하기 위해, 이스라엘은 이집트를 떠나야만 했다. 하지만 이집트를 떠났다고 해서 곧바로 가나안에 도착한 것은 아니었다. 그 사이에는 반드시 거쳐야 할 사막이 있었다. And in that desert, they asked: 그 사막에서, 이스라엘 백성은 질문했다:
“Can God set a table in the wilderness?” “하나님이 광야에서 음식을 제공할 수 있을까? ”
That question is still alive today. 그 질문은 오늘날에도 여전히 살아 있다.

I. The Wilderness Is Solitary 광야는 고독한 곳이다

By definition, the wilderness is lonely. 정의하자면, 광야는 외로운 곳이다.
It is vast and disorienting. Everything looks the same. Even when surrounded by people, you can feel completely alone. 그곳은 광활하며 방향을 잃게 만든다. 모든 풍경이 똑같아 보이기 때문이다. 사람들 사이에 둘러싸여 있을 때조차, 당신은 철저히 혼자라고 느낄 수 있다.

In those moments, it is easy to think: 그런 순간마다, 이런 생각을 하기 쉽다: “God has forgotten me.” "하나님이 나를 잊으셨구나."
But often the opposite is true. 하지만 실제로는 그 반대인 경우가 많다.

We are the ones who have forgotten God. 우리가 하나님을 잊은 자들이다. II. In the Wilderness There Is a Table 광야에는 식탁이 있다

Notice the question: “Can God set a table in the wilderness?”

이 질문을 주목하라. "하나님이 광야에서 식탁을 베풀 수 있으랴?"

The table is a powerful biblical symbol. 성경에서 식탁은 매우 강력한 상징이다. Psalm 23 says, “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.” 시편 23 편은 "주께서 내 원수의 목전에서 내게 상(식탁)을 차려 주시고"라고 말한다. In Scripture, the table represents fellowship, provision, rest, and belonging.

In Korean culture, the table also carries deep meaning. 한국 문화에서도 식탁은 깊은 의미를 지닌다.
Think of a Korean family meal — rice, soup, kimchi, many side dishes spread across the table. Food is not just nutrition. It is a relationship. It is care. It is love expressed. 한국 가정의 식사를 떠올려 보라. 밥과 국, 김치, 그리고 상 위에 가득 펼쳐진 수많은 반찬들 말이다. 음식은 단순한 영양소가 아니다. 그것은 관계다. 그것은 보살핌이다. 표현된 사랑이다.
When a Korean mother says, “밥 먹었어?” — “Have you eaten?” — she is really asking, “Are you okay? Do you feel cared for?” 한국의 어머니가 "밥 먹었어?"라고 물을 때, 어머니의 질문은 사실 "너 괜찮니? 사랑받고 있다고 느끼니?"라고 묻고 있는 것이다.
God is not just providing calories. God is providing care.
하나님은 단지 열량만 공급하시는 분이 아니다. 하나님은 보살핌을 공급하신다.
That is Israel’s deeper question: 그것이 바로 이스라엘이 가졌던 더 깊은 차원의 질문이었다.
God, have you gone ahead of us? 하나님, 우리보다 앞서가 계십니까?
Have you prepared the place? 그곳을 미리 준비해 두셨습니까?
Are you already there? 이미 그곳에 계시는 건가요?
And Scripture answers again and again: 그리고 성경은 거듭해서 대답한다:
Yes. 그렇다.

God led them through the Red Sea. 하나님은 이스라엘 백성을 이끌고 홍해를 건너게 하셨다. He delivered them from Pharaoh. 그들을 파라오의 손에서 구원하셨다.
He guided them with cloud and fire. 구름 기둥과 불 기둥으로 그들을 인도하셨다.
He brought water from the rock. 반석에서 물이 솟아나게 하셨다.

Yet they still asked: 그런데도 그들은 여전히 질문했다.
“Can God set a table in the wilderness?” So God rained down manna. "

“하나님이 광야에서 식탁을 베풀 수 있으랴?" 그래서 하나님은 만나를 비처럼 내리셨다.

Then He sent quail. Their problem was never God’s ability — it was their trust.

The Israelites survived because they believed in Canaan.

And every single time, God proved faithful. He prepared a table in the wilderness.

God was there. God is there. And God is already ahead of us.

The names of God are like facets of a diamond. Every name reveals another angle of His beauty... His character... His worth. 하나님의 이름들은 다이아몬드의 여러 면과 같다. 각각의 이름은 그분의 아름다움... 성품... 가치를 또 다른

• The word El means mighty, powerful God. 엘(El)은 능력 있고 강한 하나님을 의미한다.

• The word Shaddai is often translated as " Almighty. However, its root carries a tender picture. It is connected to nourishment. Provision. Satisfaction. Like a mother nourishing her child. So when we put the words together, El Shaddai means:

She also said, “I went away full, but the Lord has brought me back empty.” Have you ever felt like that?

Her emptiness became the doorway to God’s provision. She was bitter — but she got better — because she discovered: When we are empty, God is enough.
